Refund Policy

A fair, no-fuss refund policy. Because paying for software you don't love is not a great experience.

1. Overview

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Starter and Professional annual subscriptions. If KonniCard isn't the right fit within the first 30 days of your purchase, write to us and we will refund the full amount - no forms, no interrogation.

The Free plan does not require a refund policy, because there's nothing to refund.

This policy is compliant with Indonesian consumer protection regulations (Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen) and OJK regulations on digital financial services.


2. How to request a refund

Send an email to billing@konnicard.com from the address registered on your KonniCard account, mentioning:

  • Your account email
  • The InstaPay transaction / order ID (visible in Dashboard → Subscription → Invoices)
  • A brief reason (optional - helpful for us to improve)

You may also cancel your subscription from Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel, which stops future renewals immediately.


3. Non-refundable cases

The 30-day window notwithstanding, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original transaction.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Any chargeback filed with your bank without first reaching out to us.
  • Custom development work, onboarding workshops, or other bespoke services, which are refundable only where explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Renewal charges where you were given at least 7 days' notice of the upcoming renewal and did not cancel in time.

4. Processing time

Once a refund is approved, we initiate it with InstaPay within 2 business days. The amount typically reflects in your account within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank. For Virtual Account payments, refunds are processed back to the originating bank account. We'll email you the InstaPay refund reference ID for tracking.


5. InstaPay reversal

All refunds are issued back to the original payment method through InstaPay. We cannot transfer refunds to a different card or bank account. InstaPay will process the reversal in accordance with Bank Indonesia and OJK regulations. If the original payment was made via Virtual Account, the refund will be credited to the registered bank account within the stated timeframe.


6. Prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

Annual subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day window do not receive prorated refunds by default - you simply keep access until the end of the paid period. If exceptional circumstances apply (genuine hardship, extended service outage on our side, or force majeure events), write to us - we try to be reasonable and will often issue a prorated credit or refund.
