The agreement between you and KonniCard when you use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and PT ALEXA TRADE INTL, operating the KonniCard service ("we", "our"). By registering for, accessing or using the KonniCard service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using KonniCard on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us at once if you suspect unauthorised access.
KonniCard offers a Free plan and paid plans (Starter, Professional and Enterprise). Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Features, limits and prices are described on our Pricing page and may change with prior notice.
You may upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
All payments are processed by InstaPay, an OJK-licensed payment gateway. All prices listed are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) at 11%, as applicable under Indonesian tax law. A PPN-compliant tax invoice will be emailed to you after each successful transaction and is also available in Dashboard → Subscription.
You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for renewals until you cancel. If a charge fails, we may retry for up to seven days, after which your account may be downgraded to the Free plan. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, Virtual Account (VA), and bank transfer through InstaPay.
You retain full ownership of the content you upload to KonniCard - your photos, bio, links, gallery images and leads. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and display whatever you put on your card.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund for the unused portion of a paid plan.
The KonniCard name, logo, software, themes and design system are owned by KonniCard and protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any of this to you. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; no further charges will be made. You may delete your entire account from Dashboard → Settings → Delete account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by Indonesian law. Where practicable, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep KonniCard reliable, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what is expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indonesian law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) Rp 500,000 (five hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation before resorting to litigation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email and/or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use KonniCard after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
